These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, transactions, and interactions with Imani Interiors & Decor. By visiting our store, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. General
Imani Interiors & Decor reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication or communication. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or supplier changes. Such variations do not constitute defects.
Imani Interiors & Decor reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received, except where alternative arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash payments for in-store purchases.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within Nairobi and across Kenya. Shipping fees range between KES 200 and KES 600 within Nairobi and between KES 600 and KES 1000 outside Nairobi. The exact fee will be communicated before dispatch.
Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi. Delivery outside Nairobi is typically completed within three days. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays. Imani Interior is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Any additional costs arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Custom-Made Items
Custom-made or tailored products, including made-to-measure curtains, blinds, rails, and SPC tiles, require full payment before production begins. Once production has started, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Customers are encouraged to review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon delivery or collection. Any issues relating to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within the specified timeframe outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Imani Interiors & Decor is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product care instructions. Our liability, where applicable, is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Imani Interiors & Decor, including logos, images, text, and branding materials, remains the property of Imani Interiors & Decor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
