Imani Interiors & Decor is committed to delivering quality home décor products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. By purchasing from Imani Interiors & Decor, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the time of delivery or purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags included. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of confirmed defect or error by Imani Interiors & Decor:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure products, including tailored curtains, blinds, and SPC tiles
  • Items that have been altered, cut, installed, or used
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Imani Interiors & Decor within the specified return period via phone or email. Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided for returning the item.

Returned items must be delivered to our store or sent via an approved courier at the customer’s cost, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Imani Interior.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the product meets the return conditions, the return will be approved. Items that do not meet eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 Days after inspection and approval. Refunds are issued using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error or defect by Imani Interior.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for eligible items and are subject to stock availability. Any price difference for exchanged items of higher value must be paid. If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded or credited as agreed.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Imani Interiors & Decor within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting images or videos may be requested to assist in resolving the issue promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Imani Interiors & Decor is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or normal wear and tear of products.
